Handling of Inquiries
Schedule for handling inquiries
The Administrator will respond to the inquiring party within 21 work days from the date of inquiry. The Administrator may – under certain circumstances – extend the response date by an additional period, for a reasonable time from the end of the aforementioned period. In this case, the inquiring party will receive a notice concerning the extension of the treatment handling period.
Please note that the inquiry should contain the following details
For existing customers: First name, last name, ID No., account number, account status, date of inquiry, details of inquiry, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address and supporting documents related to the inquiry (if any).
For non-customers: First name, last name, ID No., date of inquiry, details of inquiry or complaint, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address and supporting documents related to the inquiry (if any).
If you wish to submit an anonymous complaint: Please input “anonymous” for the first and last name. If you wish to receive a response to an unidentified source of communications, please state so.
Inquiry handling regulations
The Administrator undertakes to thoroughly investigate the inquiry or complaint, while making use of all relevant information for the purposes of the investigation.
An inquiry that was sent by fax or e-mail will receive a response by fax or e-mail. An inquiry sent by Israel Post will receive a response by post, unless the client provided an e-mail address for the response.
In certain cases, the Administrator will refrain from providing a response to the inquiring party (for example, when the case is a pending court case). In this case, the inquiring party will receive a corresponding notice.
