Israel Eliahu
Chairman of the Board
Chairman of the board at MCM, chairman of the Investment Committee at Migdal Insurance. Mr. Eliahu was also General Manager of Eliahu Holdings from 2008-2012.
Mr. Eliahu previously served as the Eliahu Group's Chief Investment Officer (CIO), a position in which his focus was on long-term investments and the creation of special financing structures.
He is the founder of Israel's Family Business Center and Vehadatra - Lifetime Wisdom (NGO) and a board member at Lev Ohev (NGO).
His long-term goal is the informed linking of positive societal values with capital to create sustainable platforms that function effectively in viable societies.
Sagi Stein
CEO, Migdal Capital Markets
Mr. Stein serves as CEO of Migdal Capital Markets.
He previously served as Deputy CEO of Migdal Capital Markets and CEO of Migdal Mutual Funds, Chief Investments Officer for Migdal Mutual Funds, and various other research, portfolio, funds management and marketing positions
Mr. Stein holds a BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University, from which he graduated with honors.
Lior Kashrian
CEO, Migdal Mutual Funds
Mr. Kashrian serves as CEO of Migdal Mutual Funds Ltd., one of the leading Israeli Mutual Funds companies and a subsidiary of Migdal Capital Markets.
Mr. Kashrian holds a BA in economics and management and a master's degree in finance. Has 20 years of experience in the capital market. holds a license to market investments on behalf of the Israel Securities Authority and a pension license from the Ministry of Finance.
He previously served as Marketing Director at Migdal Mutual Funds, Marketing manager at Meitav Investment House and Manager of concept branches at Israel Discount Bank.
Benny Cohen
CEO, Migdal Portfolio Management
Mr. Cohen brings tremendous experience to the company, with more than 16 years working in the Israeli capital markets, during which he served in a variety of managing positions. Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Cohen served as CEO of the Analyst Ltd. portfolio management company and as the CEO of Excellence Portfolio Management.
Mr. Cohen holds a BA in Economics from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Yaron Weiss
CEO, Migdal Market Making
Mr. Weiss serves as CEO, Migdal Market Making
Since 2010, Yaron Weiss serves as Indices Desk Manager of Migdal Mutual Funds, and before that as ETNs Trading Room Manager.
Mr. Weiss Holds MBA from Tel Aviv University, and BA in Economics from Ben – Gurion University.
Dorin Palas
CEO, Migdal Value
Dorin Palas joined Migdal Group in April 2019, and serves as the CEO of Migdal Value. Prior to current position, Dorin served as the VP of investment banking.
Dorin brings over 16 years of experience in financial markets and analysis of both equity and debt instruments.
Prior to joining Migdal, Dorin served as head of research at IBI Brokerage, the leading institutional broker in Israel.
Dorin was also a member of the board at IBI Provident Fund until it merged.
Dorin is a Certified Accountant by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and holds a BA degree in business management from College Of Management.
Dr. Yossi Shvimer
CEO, Migdal Capital Markets Alternative Investments
Dr. Shvimer is the CEO of MCM Alternative Investments, and also serves in key positions within Migdal Capital Markets as the Chief Economist and the Head of Research Dept., Dr. Shvimer is also a member of the Bank of Israel forecasters committee and has more that 14 years working in the Israeli capital markets.
Dr. Shvimer holds BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University an MBA with thesis from the collage of Management (cum laude), and PhD. at Bar-Ilan University in Finance.
Omry Israeli, CPA
CEO Migdal Issuers
Mr. Israeli brings over a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He has expertise in leading private and public capital offerings including IPOs and M&A transactions.
Prior, joining Migdal Issuers, Omry was an issuance manager at Value Base Underwriters and held Finance & Advisory positions at HP Indigo, Medtronic and PwC Consulting.
Mr. Israeli holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant
Eyal Reuven
CEO, Tower Advanced Investment Solutions
Mr. Reuven serves as the CEO of the Tower Advanced Investment Solutions of the Migdal Capital Markets Group.
Prior, joining Migdal Capital Markets, Mr. Reuven was Vice president of the "Infinity - Ayalim" investment group. Mr. Reuven has more than 15 years of experience as a portfolio manager and pension agent.
Mr. Reuven holds a BA in Economics and Management and holds a pension insurance agent license.
